Most of the time yes; but my cousin ended up marrying a guy who kept asking her out for like a year and she finally gave in to him. You never know, that may be you.

I am still debating number 1. This may possibly be my fifth first time. Two of the first 4 went nowhere, and as it turns out, SO DID THE OTHER TWO!

Be honest with yourself first. Are you in her league? Find out why she says no. If you keep at it she might say yes but it usually you are wasting your time.
