,The closer you draw to Jesus the more Satan attacks you.But if the Holy Spirit abides in you,you have the authority over Satan and his demons.Tell them out loud that you have the authority of Jesus Christ and in the name of Jesus you command them to be gone. Then pray to God for protection and to put a hedge around you to keep Satan away.Don't ask Satan or his demons nicely to leave, you command them out loud, you have that authority.

I think what you are experiencing are called "lucid dreams." When you sleep, your body naturally becomes sort of parallyzed, to prevent you from walking aroudn and acting out your dreams (sleepwalkers lack this ability, which is why they walk in their sleep!). During lucid dreaming, you're still in this paralyzed stage, yet just enough awake that you think you're actually experiencing whatever it is you are dreaming. I've had this happen a few times and it's very weird and sometimes scary! I once woke up yelling in fright, then couldn't remember much about my dream.

Frankly, I think your dreams are being influenced by what you're reading in your Bible. All that talk of sinners being sent to eternal hellfire, the lake of fire in Revelations, the 7-headed beasts and whatnot, can't be good for you if you are sensitive to such things already. Some people can't watch horror movies for the same reason. You will probably outgrow it in time; if it doesn't go away, you may need to see a sleep specialist, or maybe just talk to your family doctor. Try playing some soft music at night, doing deep-breathing exercises before going to bed, or reading a humorous book or watching a funny TV show in the evening, to put you in a positive mood at night. Hope you get some relief--sleepless nights are no fun!

Often we interpret the bible the way we were taught. And there was more left in there about the bad things that can happen to you rather than the good thing that did happen.

The devil is really the symbol of our desire to be under the law, to gain our favor with God by good works. Satan did not tempt Jesus with sin, he tempted Him to prove who He was. He didn't need to, and neither do we.

I know people who were very sure they saw demons or who were possessed by them. They came to be this way from learning about them, believing in them, fighting them off, being told they were there.

Miraculously, when one lady I knew finally realized there was really no such thing, she recovered wonderfully. No more nightmares, no more panic attacks, no more visions.

There is no need for the devil. You are God's because you are a piece of Him. Jesus bought and paid for your soul and absolutely nothing can change that. Did Jesus not succeed at His mission?

There is no seperation from you and God. It is only in your mind that you create it. Every thought and belief you have creates your reality. That is how powerful you are.

In fact many people do not know this, in the book of George he levitates to pick an apple for a young child who was feeling very hungry. It is not known well though because in the year 243 there was an argument over which things should have gone and stayed in the bible.

honey God bless your little heart. just opening up your bible when things like that are happening will not make them go away.there are words in your bible right ! ok then use those words thier are power in the word of god in John 1st chapter it states that Jesus is the word. and if you are a born again christian you know that those words are life. speak the scriptures like. i rebuke you satan in the name of Jesus, that is telling the devil that you recognizew that its him doing these things. ok Jesus told the devil to get behind him. so you say get the behind me satan and then you use another scripture telling the devil who you are, not that he doesnt know because he knows who you are, but he needs to know that you know who you are, you say i am a child of the light not of the darkness, and Jesus is the name above every name at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow and tongue confess that Jesus christ is lord. and then you know from the scriptures and the witness of the holy spirit that there is power great power in the precious blood of jesus and remember this that nothing gets through the blood of Jesus the devil will not bow to that but if he stays around you he will have to if you know who you are in Jesus and he wont stay because he wont. you are very important to God remember that God loves you so much he gave his only son to die for you there is nothing stronger than that kind of love . be safe my sister and let me tell you this much more he will try a time or 2 to see if you will give in to this fear but you tell that devil God didnt give you a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. thinking and praying for you. and i know who i am in jesus sister and you are not standing alone youve got me and Jesus and every other born again christian on this sight that will stand with you. ......

Speak His name out loud. Praise Him out loud. Repeat promises from the Bible out loud. Even if you're afraid, speak of the confidence you have in God. He is bigger than your tormenter. Remember, they are afraid of Jesus in you. They tremble in the presence of God. You have Christ in your heart right? Claim the right to run them off. Sleep well, child. You'll get through this. Keep pressing on.

Its satan messing with your mind, just rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ and pray to him for peace. And remember, just by saying the name of Jesus, you make satan stumble in his attempts to scare you. If I may quote the song "Who Am I" By Casting Crowns, it says " Whom shall I fear, for I belong to you" And remember what Jesus said in the Bible, fear nothing that can be done to the flesh, but fear what can be done to the soul. So if you have Jesus Christ in your heart, the Holy Spirit will be there to comfort you and you should fear nothing. And this always makes me feel good too, we ALL have guardian angels with us. So dont be afraid!

JESUS LOVES YOU!

Jesus is the answer. Scripture tells us that we have the authority over the devil -- we can command the devil and his soldiers to flee in the Name of Jesus; they therefore, must flee. Amen!
