Antichrist is alive and well.
1Jo 2:18
(18) Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. (1Jo 2:22)
All who deny that Jesus of Nazareth is the son of God are antichrist (against christ.)
Satan is not the anitchirst spoken of in the Bible, "the devils also believe, and tremble." They know that Jesus is the Messiah.
But Satan does give power to a person who works against Jesus. "And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as [the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority." (Rev 13:2) This person has a lot of power, and is in a leadership position in this world. He is doing well today.
The Bible gives some identifying marks of this person.
Rev 13:6-7
(6) And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
(7) And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Blasphemy is claiming to have the powers or authority of God. This person also had the authority to fight against God's faithful people. There is only one person through history who has done these things. The person is the Pope of the Roman Catholic church. He has presumed to take authority that belongs only to God. He claims to be God on earth, he claims the power to forgive sins, he claims to be able to determine who goes to heaven and who doesn't; all plasphemy. From the 15th to the 18th centuries, the Popes have issued decrees that anyone who should possess a Bible, or read a Bible and accept its truths, should be forced to recant or die. Other descriptions of this power are found in Daniel 7, the little horn.

It's all non-sense. And there's no "Satan". He's a made-up scapegoat. He does'nt exist. All evil on earth comes from man himself. The problem is most men don't have the nads to admit it. So they made up someone to blame on everything "bad". The Bible was written to control the minds and bodies of the people. Please don't forget there's thousands of other religions in the world, each one has it's own group of followers. Christians are mainly the only one's to claim there's is the only "true" one. And they've destroyed every culture they ever came into contact with.

that is a matter of perspective I think. I dont see how we can put the anti christ into our human years. What if when we killed Jesus he jumped in Jesus's body and has been walking around ever since, cuz I can tell ya the world hasnt gotten any better since then unless you count civilization which is probably the most evil thing on the planet

I think there are far too many things in the Bible that people waste their time trying to figure out because they are making the mistake of limiting the concepts to human terms. Why not spend your time bettering yourself spiritually and spreading the love of God instead of thinking you can understand every word and phrase of the Bible if you just analyze enough?

Look in daniel whre it says, he will sit on the thorn an declare himself as God.
All this could be in play now or it might not happen for years to come.

he's alive now, but he's just a random man who will later have his body taken over by the real antichrist.

Saul of Tarsus is the original anti-Christ and he has billions of followers today.
"A very few writers, generally supporters of the Mosaic Law as a Christian essential, find Paul's teachings so discordant from Jesus' that they identify him as the Anti-Christ."
(Thomas) "Jefferson once wrote that "Paul was the first corrupter of the teachings of Jesus." "
