A specialized camera / recorder (camcorder) used for military and industrial research that can shoot 168,000 pps is the NAC Memrecam fx K4. It can only record a few seconds of video at this rate. And if you have to ask how much it costs then you surely can't afford it!

the fastest 35mm film movie camera [high speed] ive ever seen, is a 60000 fps one, i think it was a modified arri, but that would cost an amazing amount for the film, and imagine how much you would need for one second. like 12000 feetor 12 million im not sure
