If that link does not work, although it should. Go to http://www.marines.com then in the upper right hand corner, click on the 'Request More Information' tab. It will allow you to email someone at the other end of the server. :)

I think maybe on the website. I know that on the Air Force recruitment website, I was able to send email to a recruiter. I'm not sure if its the same for the Marines but you should certainly try.
I dont know the website for Marines recruitment, but you can Google it. Or, in this case, Yahoo it.

Try USMC recruitment.com and see if that will help and if the .com does not work try USMCrecruitment.gov
