OK, OK, this is real...They'll require some preparation:
Trim off excess fat, cover with water and boil for 15 minutes to half an hour. Keeping the pig snout in the water, season over top and boil for another 2 hours. let it cool off, and freeze overnight to make it more solid. Put in broiling fat for 15 to 20 minutes, or barbeque until golden-brownish and crispy. Put in BBQ sauce or whatever you like and serve. The frozen snout mentioned before should be able to stay good for a few months to half a year.
Hey, and this Mikey O should be able to eat the snout if he wants. There's no difference. A man's gotta live...
