I had something similar - it turned out to be an allergic reaction. Ultimately though, this could be many things. I definitely recommend going to the doctor.

I have no idea about the spots. But--in that area I sure as heck wouldn't squeeze them. Who knows what might happen. Personally I suggest you seek the help of a Urologist. U never did say how old you are. Could be you're girlfriend may be a carrier and not show or have any symptoms of a disease.

Sounds like keratosis pilaris. You want to be very gentle with your skin. Over exfoliation can make it worse and dry out the skin. Try washing with a body wash that contains salicylic acid or alpha-hydroxy acid to help the skin slough off. Moisturize to prevent more bumps from reoccurring.

I get this too and so do my sons. When your in the shower exfoliate the area be quite vigorous and put a good moisturizer on after wards. I heard they are fat deposits. But then I heard it's a deficiency in vitamin A.

use a scrub exfoliant...or put salt on your wash cloth and scrub the dead skin off your skin to allow the pores to breath and your skin will look polished and no more little white heads... scrub scrub scrub.....it might take a week or so...soak in the tub and get a loofah.
