Mojito Recipe
Serves 6

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

5 tablespoons superfine sugar

8 ounces light or dark rum

12 whole mint leaves

2 cups crushed ice

2 cups club soda

6 slices lime



RECIPE METHOD


TO PREPARE MOJITO:
Place the sugar, rum and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Shake well until sugar dissolves. Fill 6 tall colorful glasses with crushed ice. Add club soda to each glass and stir. Garnish each with a slice of lime.

rather then use plain sgar that doesnt melt very well i ncold you should make some simple syrup which is just melting some sugar in some water and using htat in stead

almost.... use only light rum, and more mint leaves, about 6 per drink, simple or gomme or rock candy syrup, and muddle the leaves not just shaking them
