if you are on benzodiazapines or anti depressants that is one of the side effects. a lack of interest in sex and tired all the time. if your meds are working for you and you dont want to change them you might see about cutting the dosage down some. just as a number, if 1mg works, a half mg might work just as well, you may just be taking the extra because it was prescribed, not because your body has to have it. i take clonazepam and meclizine. i had to cut them both to a half a dose, i was tired of being tired all the time and i missed having a sex drive. good luck.

Yes, anxiety can take a toll on a person's energy. The stress can be very tiring. I know after I get off work, I almost fall asleep on the way home from work, because my body is finally relaxing.

Then as has been stated, if a person is taking meds for it, that is one side affect of some of them.

I think that people with anxiety attacks have enough issues to deal with, let alone addressing someone Else's needs. There chemical make-up in their brain can only process one item at a time. Their ability to "Miltie-task" is beyond there comprehension, which in turn creates "anxiety attacks"
So it's not they are to tired. but does not have the skills, to understand more than one form of English. It's like being pulled in 30 ways with only one way to go
