I've taken 200 mg a day for the last 6 years, and I can tell you I could not live without it. Without it, I have a 24/7 panic attack due to an adrenal gland that won't shut down.

I have tried many things for anxiety. None of the antidepressants worked for me.
Only thing that ever helped was ativan. Stopped my anxiety cold without taking months for it to work.

Herbal: Valerian or St John's Wort
These things work for anxiety in me, they are safe and friendly "drugs"
many people smoke pot for anxiety, but that has so many problems attached to it... plus, it increases my anxiety.
Zoloft is an antidepressant... I think that would increase your anxiety.
