Same reason the big Snickers does...for many of us chocolate is a comfort food (due to the chemical reactions it creates in our bodies). Thanks for causing me to wish I had some right now. LOL!

a mini snickers does not contain enough chocolate to hurt a large dog like her. just keep an eye on her; she should be fine. my friend's labrador retriever ate bread with chocolate in it often and he was fine. just make sure it doesn't happen next time.

Because chocolate releases endorphins in your brain that elevate your mood.Very similar to feelings of love.
