I have a friend that is best friends with a guy she also loves. He tells her all of his secrets and it kills her to know that he is in love with someone else. She can't get mad or even have an attitude with him because after all she is his best friend. How can she resolve this situation without losing her cherished friendship with the one she truely loves.

By being who she is to him right now. If she can be much better to him, like extra sweet and caring, then may be the guy would take notice and fell for her. Used her feelings into something positive like make the guy an inspiration for whatever she does. But dont reveal it to him openly, or else the guy will feel awkward and might destroy the beautiful friendship they have now. If he also feels something for him then he'll take notice of what she has been doing especially during times he's down. But if not, then remain a good friend to him and you'll find your match. Yea. She should probably just move on.
One other option is to "get hot" --- slim down, tone up, etc. If they're really close friends and he's NOT attracted to her, then she may want to work on her physique. Because until he experiences physical attraction to her nothing will change.

well, just let go the love she has for the friend is getting her mad but she can't express that feeling because he don't know. well she needs to just keep her distance.

i think that she should tell him. If their friendship is as close as you say, then he may love her, too. I think she should risk telling him the truth it if she ever wants to get in a relationship with him.
