like does it work out a part of ur body and which part does it /?

I actually took a class that use hoops. They are not like the normal hoola hoops they have some weight to them. The instructer said its good for your abdominal muscles,hips,leg muscles and your back I believe. I did the class for about three months. It surprised me because I thought we would just stand there are do the regular hoola hoop routine. There is a lot more. The class ended though. If I find another one I would sign up.

hoola hooping is very good exersize and makes your waist smaller and helps your back also.

Good ?...I never really thought about it but based on the movement, I would have to say it works your external obliques (muscles on the side of your abdominals).

very good exersize
