IF they are having a party directly above your head on the roof, I say its bad manners of them not to invite you!!. You have every right to go. invited or not. Maybe they just assume you would be there? What are the other neighbors doing?

I agree with fazedfairy. If you crash that party, and the person giving the party accuses you of having bad manners because you weren't invited, hit them back with "Well you're throwing a party on my roof and you didn't invite me. You're the one with the bad manners!"

I would be mad and ask the party person why you weren't invited. Then if they said something rude you should simply say well I wasn't asked for permission for you to have a party and I believe the common courtesy of throwing a party in a place where other people live is to get permission from every resident beforehand. Then say so therefore I am going to be studying (make up anything) and say it is really rude to disturb your home just for a party. If they have it.....and you're really annoyed just call the cops and bust it.

I would go up there and pull one of the neighbors aside what the party is for. If it's something regarding them, then it wouldn't be a good idea. If it's just a party to party, then I think you'd be OK. After your neighbor tells you why, think if it would be a good reason to ask if you could stay for a bit. Good luck.

Yes, it would be bad manners.

However, it's also bad manners to throw a party so close to your house and not invite you. I say go for it!!!

get the water hose out and spray all of them if they do not get down and go on their own roof, then if they go on their own roof , go up there and grab a beer ans start praying ...
if they do not get down, you have one of two choices, climb up there and party too, drink all their beer and then kick them off..
of go up there with the water hose and have some fun telling them it is wet T-Short contest time and wet them all down..but still drink their beer..
no matter what...have fun...YOUR way..what ever it is you want to do..then just do it..to heck with so called bad manners...
go party your way..
smile
have fun
good luck

Is it a flat roof? If not don't go, you might end up slip sliding away.

Hey its your birthday you can crash if you want to. Better yet, fly over in your airplane and buzz 'em, or parachute in on 'em.
