I agree that there is prayer but we never get an immediate, definitive answer with prayer. God would need to reply in definite words, unambiguous answers, and ones that we'd know weren't being tampered with our own wishful thoughts.

If God had e-mail, He would be less accessible than he is right now. God is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year for you to ask Him for things. I don't know what religion you follow, but in Islam you talk to God directly, without a priest or other intermediary. God is always available and He hears and sees you. No need for e-mail. Ask Him now what you wish!

I would have to think very carefully and for a long while about what I would ask. I'd be very nervous about communicating with the Almighty - I mean what would you say?

But I immediately know what I would NOT ask God in an email. I would not ask God:

- to buy a fake rolex
- to buy viagra
- to invest in some dubious small cap stock
- to deposit money in my Nigerian bank account!

I would probably try to have a theological discussion with him and ask all the unanswerable questions.

"Was there death, in the physical sense before the fall of man"
"What was the deal with dinosaurs"
"Are we close to being right"
"Are you pleased with me"
"How best can I worship you"
