I assume it is for those illegally in Mexico? I don't know enough facts and since the link isn't in German or English, I can't get them there.
Was it totally without thought for what is in the Congress here, do you think?
In any event, Mexico has a right to handle its immigration laws how it pleases, as do we.

Amnesty is not the answer and it is not fair to the many people who immigrate legally. Another formn of legaisation is in order but definitely niot an amnesty

If Amnesty works for Mexico then good for Mexico. If they had any sense they would use Americas failed experience with amnesty and learn from it.
