Yes, of course he does. God actually works among the staff at Yahoo! Answers, where he's primarily responsible for shutting down accounts that have been targeted by the 'Report Abuse' squad. Also he monitors activity using the special 'Report Self-Abuse' link that only fundamentalists have (well, that's a sin too, you know...)
He's also responsible for the 'Ask the Heavens' promotion, and will have the Featured Question next week: "What lessons can we learn from successful deities?"
The only place he cannot be found is inside the Yahoo! Brain, because God does not dwell within great brains...

God doesn't really need to read these messages because He knows what we're thinking and what's in our hearts. The superficial thoughts and love towards God are hopefully not just that - superficial. Hopefully people are being real with us and themselves because in the end, all things will be brought to light. Those things that are said in secret will be brought out. God knows the inner most secrets in our hearts, and he certainly is aware of superficial hypocracy and lies told on the internet.

No, God isn't much on posting. He's more of an E-Bay type of guy. I'm pretty sure that I was in a bidding war with him a few weeks ago for a grab bag of George Burns memorabilia.
