You need to install a new graphics card and more ram into your computer. There are system requirements for games, and so if you dont meet them, then you cant install it.

Go to http://www.newegg.com or http://www.tigerdirect.com to get RAMS or a new graphics card. You can even go to http://www.4allmemory.com for cheap RAMS.

Just get about 512MB in RAM total. Go to your control panel, then system and see how much memory you have. It should display it at the bottom. Then just get more memory to add up to 512MB since thats standard for most games.

Then get a different graphics card that will support your game. Most likely, you will want a NVIDIA.

Depends a lot on the components of your computer, the brand, and age.

If its a MAC or APPLE im afraid I can be of no help here. If it is a widows based system (x86 architecture) then I can be of some help.

You can upgrade memory usually, as long as it is still available to purchase, and that you have enough open slots to install some new memory. Check you local computer store or better yet bring your computer into them so they can match you with the proper memory.

Your video card can also be upgraded, as long as they still make cards for the model that you need (they still make PCI, and AGP card... they no longer make ISA, or EISA video cards).

If you have onboard video (meaning your motherboard has the video card integrated into it) you may be able to up the available memory in the BIOS. Different BIOS (Basic Input Output System) have different ways to get into them, the most common being the DEL key or the F1 key. When your computer first turns on you can start hitting those keys and hopefully you will get into BIOS, if you see the windows logo, then you have already passed where you can access the BIOS. Once in bios you should be able to locate a setting for "Video Memory" set this to a higher level until the game no longer gives this message. Please not that raising the video memory will reduce the system memory (RAM) which you say the game is already complaining about so this may not help you much.

If your computer has onboard video but you cannot or do not want to increase the memory available to it, you can often buy an upgrade video card (as long as you have an open slot) and install it into into your motherboard. Often you have to disable onboard video in the bios if your motherboard has onboard video.

You can try increasing the paging file size and see if this helps to lower the use of the system memory. The paging file could be thought of as "overflow" memory. To do this in a windows based system go into the "control panel" and then "system". Depending on the version of windows you have, there will either be a memory tab or click on "Advanced" then "Performance Settings" then locate something about "Virtual Memory" under one of the other tabs now available. Increase the number by 128. For example if it says... 128, make it 256, if it says 256 make it 384, etc.

Another way to help with the memory issue is to disable things that are currently running in memory. The best way is to go to "Start" and "Run" and type "msconfig" (minus the " of course). Go over to where it says Startup, and disable anything you do not use. It is safe to disable EVERYTHING there if you want. You can always come back into msconfig and turn it on at any time. This will help to lower the number of things runing in the background so to speak that are eating up memory.

Try the above "free" fixes first and then if you must then buy new hardware so that you can run that game! If you need further help then please give the following information: Brand and model of the computer, speed in mhz or ghz, ram (you can see how much ram you have by going into "control panel" and then "system" and it will say right there), video card type (onboard? Separate card?, brand, etc), operating system (window 3.1, 95, 98, ME, XP), and then give the stats that the game requires... such as speed, and memory requirements (video and system memory requirements). Then it will be easier to decide on how just to fix your problem.

Hope the above helps you in some way! Good Luck!

Edit: And as far as your local computer store goes... I wouldnt listen to the guy above me... maybe he did get scammed... but 9 times out of 10 the guys at the local computer store know A WHOLE HECK of a lot more than the guys at Frys, WorstBuy, and especially Circuit City. But these repairs you can probablly do yourself so I wouldnt worry about that anyway.

You either need to get a new computer or purchase additional memory and a graphics card to upgrade your current system in your motherboard. But this can only be accomplished if there's enough space remaining inside your CPU unit to accomodate. Take it to a nearby computer shop and they can tell you if it would even be worth attempting or if you should invest in a new system.

It depends on your computer, but in most cases, you probably don't need to get a new computer. Look around online for RAM and graphic upgrades ... a first source may be the online store that built your computer, such as Apple or Dell.

Most likely you're better off buying a new PC, especially that they're cheap now. Or you can add RAM and replace your video card with a more powerful one. The difference in price will be several hundred bucks (maybe 500).

Try going tp the control panel and clicking "Performance and Maintenance" and then click "Free up space on your hard disc". that should help with the space problem. and then open the drive C file and right click the game, and click "Properties". you might be able to mess with it there and get it to work.
