NO. If your dog is pregnant, the vet can take an x-ray about 35-45 days into the pregnancy. This will tell you how many puppies and how big they are. It will not hurt the puppies. Remember, gestation is about 62-65 days.

No. The hormones in dogs are different from the ones that humans produce. The pregancy test is looking for human hormones. It won't recognize what is produced by dogs. If you need to know if your dog is pregnant, take her to the vet.

I don't think it would, the test determines pregnancy by hormones in the urine. Dog have different hormones then humans.
