I was in the air and I landed onto the back end of my foot. It doesn't hurt to move my foot around but it really hurts when I walk. I can feel the pain from the pressure on my heel. Does anyone know anything about this or what I should do? It has been about four days now and it hasn't gotten any better. Thanks!!

Ok you either bruised the bone or you have a heel spur; or both! Maybe you had a heel-spur and it broke off when you fell. OR..you may have cracked your heel, which no orthopedic doc can do anything about..no cast or anything. Only way to know is see a doc and have an xray. Otherwise, soak in ice, take asiprin for inflammation with food, and grit your teeth.

Maybe you should stretch your foot 10 min twice a day for 3 days if it doesn't get better maybe you got a small fracture and did to go to the doctors.

Could be bruised.

It'll last for a few weeks.
