God is neither white nor black, not even a man. However, while many will say, no one knows what God looks like.., the Apostle Paul said Jesus was a mirror image .., the very essence or expression of God.
This can be taken one of two ways;
(1) Quite literal - being God's son may have passed the exact appearance of God onto Jesus (actually Yeshuah in the Hebrew)
(2) Maybe not the exact physical appearance - but the personality, the words and deeds - like God - which in this case is as close as we can get to seeing God.
ADDITIONAL:
Please note - God is not a man, but a Spirit. He has a form which all of human kind have in common.

First of all, we don't know what he looks like, only that we were made in the likeness of Him, and with all the different colors of skin pigmentation of this earth I am really not sure which of those was meant to be first, are you? I don't think, secondly, that He has to watch us, because He is all knowing - He even knows the number of hairs on your head - for this I am sure there are no comfy chairs floating in the sky.

Maybe. Anythings possible. But I believe He is everything. He is you. He is experiencing this life as you, and everyone and everything else.
If you believe in Jesus, he was here to make the world realize that we are all one and righteous and following the law is not possible to gain favor or get closer to God.

Personally, I think of him as a close brother with his arm around my shoulder. Pulling for me even when I am a jerk.
Even a donkey can speak the word of God - - - - - and HAS.

We're supposed to be made in God's image, therefore, to you he might look like you, and to me like me I guess. I doubt he has a beard though, too many people would confuse him with Santa.
