It sounds mean, but my girlfriend is not as tight before she had a baby. Do Kegal exercises work, and how do u approach that subject delicately?

Kegels work She has to do at least 100 a day. I'm sure wants to do 100 kegels a day because she love you and doesn't want you to go for something tighter. I'm sure she has heard of them, but buy her any woman's mag like COSMO...all they ever write in those is: do kegels, give him BJs, and try different positions. NOW, to answer your question...Yes! you can still enjoy sex with a woman who has born children. I think most of the women I have had sex with were mothers. My personal experience has been that women who have had children are more fun AND more orgasmic. Now, I wonder about someone who thinks the tightness of the vagina is the only thing that makes sex fun.

if my grandfather wasn't still enjoying sex with my grandmother after child #10, they wouldn't have had child #11, my Aunt Gina! ;)

so, yes, of COURSE you will still enjoy sex with a woman once she's had children! Otherwise there wouldn't be such large families in the world.

How long has it been since she delivered her baby? The vagina is a muscle and like all muscles, it can stretch. Also like all muscles, it needs time to regain its elasticity. If it's been a few weeks since delivery, no, it won't feel the same. If it's been a few years, I think maybe your penis is shrinking.

Yes, the vaginal muscles pull tighter when you have sex less frequently, and you can try different positions too.
