Without a doubt......The Native American Indians.
They worshiped the entire universe and lived a life of Honor. They wasted Nothing and Thanked the Great Spirit (GOD) for all his gifts and blessings. They did not ruin or damage the earth. They tried to leave it better than they found it.

Least spiritual:
White man.
Just look around you. I don't want to waste my time. What a
S H I T hole they have created in this country. It isn't getting any better either.

The Orthodox Jews are the most spiritual people, any and everywhere. Observant Chassid Noachides would rate second in my opinion. What makes a person spiritual would be a good corollary question: And that would be, observance, with good deeds, re Obedience to the Word of GOD. sincerely

I read this book called "The Holy Man" and its about a holy man in the forest that over years thousands of people would line up to meet this holy man. people would stand in this line for months and never see the holy man. one man who did meet the holy man, was escorted from the front doors of the monistary through the monistary and out the back doors. the man asked "what about the holy man, i didnt meet him" the monk said you have meet the holy man it is me, the man was confused, he waited in this line in the middle of the forest for months, and this is what the result was. the holy man said everywhere you go, no matter where you are, you will meet the holy man. we are all "Holy Men" I dont think that americans have less or more spiritual people. I think that the United States has more of an opportunity for more spiritual growth, because of the vast amount of diversity.

Jehovah's Witnesses.

Not only do they attend 5 Christian meetings each week, but they regularly volunteer their time and energy to witness to others about the true God, Jehovah, and his coming Kingdom blessings. They also read the Bible daily and do a great deal of personal study on scriptural matters. This is not a religion to them, but a way of life!

"spiritual" is a word with a wide variety of meanings, so I'd say your question is not specific enough for a specific answer, as the other answers prove.
