My advice is to just start out being friends with him. You will then get to know him better and truly decide if you want to date him. About your mom, maybe if she gets to know him while you two are friends she will like him and be okay with you dating him. If he's a bad kid though, maybe that is why she is saying no so listen to her, you won't regret it. Also don't ask him, let him ask you out because a girl asking a guy is totally lame and it will come off as desperate to him.

well, you're taking a big risk with your mom, but I know alot of girls who have boyfriends with out they're parents knowing, thats why school exists. Know this guy you like, Does he show any interest???, does he look at you with shiness and tension???, is he single??? Is he in a good range to your age??? Do you know if he is worth the risk?????, if your answer to all of these is yes, then approach him, not with full intentions to hook up, but with intentions to get close to him in a friendly way, if theres enough chemistry the rest will happen naturally. Just make sure you dont give in all the way, just because you dont want to loose him, get to know him first.

for one if you are so young that you have dating rules from your parents, you are way to young to have the screen name sexy chic. And there is a reason parents do not let their kids date to early in life, you will end up a wh@re. And with you being so young with that screen name it sounds like you are on your way.

well it depends how old you are and how old he is and if thats not the case then you should wait til ur mom lets you... you really dont want ur mom against you when you start dating itll just make it harder
