Have your sister go fill out her own application. If you are not interested in the job call them and cancel the interview and explain the mix up. At this point you could tell them your sister is interested and will coming to fill out an application.

Explain that you filled the application out for your sister and that all of the information is correct for her. You should have corrected the owner right then and there. You shouldn't be too surprised if not doing so cost your sister the job. Not saying it will, but be prepared for it anyway.
Just a question, or two--why couldn't your sister fill it out? Did you or your sister sign the application?

Should have immediately told them "oh! I'm sorry, the application was actually for my sister" or something to that affect. Easier to get out early then get in knee deep then try to figure it out.
I would say, if you wanted an easy way out...call them and say you are sorry that you have accepted a position someplace else, but your sister is very interested in the job opening (even if none is officially posted).

call them up and apologize for the misunderstanding. or, go to the interview, get the job and refer your sister. (some employers in the food industry offer a referal bonus).

you should have told him when he came to the table, unless you yourself wanted the jobthat was crazy!maybe when he calls you you can tell him it was the other girl at the table with you!or you put her info down,so they will call her and if she does well at the interview maybe there wont be any problems, but you should have told him that the person who told him was wrong, that its your sister sitting at the table!

remember that honesty is the best policy! simply explain to them the little mix up/confusion. i'm sure they would still hold the interview for your sister.

Come clean. Tell them the truth that you're not your sister, but they should interview her, because she's great.

You should have told them at the time, but since you didn't, I would go back and tell them now.
