No one likes getting bullied. Doesn't your brother have a life of his own? People that feel they have to hurt others usually have inner fears that need to be dealt with. With you and your brother, the effort isn't worth the trouble.

Why is your boyfriend afraid of your brother(s). Your BF doesnt plan to hurt you so what will make your brother(s) go after him. Your brothers also shouldnt be over protective. These is a thin line between being proctective and being jealous. Which of these are your brothers, Jealous of your boyfriend or proctective and why?. Its not your boyfriends fault that you are with him. Its 50-50 understanding between you and him so why are your brothers proctective...........maybe you should sit down with your boyfriend and talk to your brothers. (I am saying these things from experience). I am a american and living in mexico dating Mexcian girls and the first issue i run into is " oh he is not Mexicana and doesnt speak spanish to well. I stand my ground and they respect me for it. When i treat the girls nice, with respect etc the families love me. Normally when we break up they (whole family) still respect me and protects me.
Its time for your boyfriend to stand up and be a man, unless "his dress is to short and to tight". Then in that case you need to get another man. I am not scared of anyone and especially of no ones brothers or fathers even if there is a whole tribe of them. If i love the girl i love the girl. Then again having proctective family members is a good thing because it shows that they love and care about her well being. You are not dateing "WHIMPS" ARE YOU. It sounds like it if all the guys are running scared.........

I went trough something like that...but I wasn’t afraid of the very muscular brother, not even of the entire defense line of friends... I actually had a good relationship with the brother... What I’m trying to say is... if the right guy come along you don’t have to worry...is good that your brother is protective. There are a lot of morons out there...
Oh I also talk to him. Well he talked to me and ask me about my intentions, but believe me is for better...

depends is your brother big and muscled where he could kick some butt.....they probably are scared of him if he threatens him about messing w/u....but if a guy really likes u he won't care what your brother does or says,he'll want to be w/u no matter what.
oh yeah if u want him to be less protective tell him to back off,if u need him ,then he can step up and scare the crap out of them

I am over 6' 205 and am an ex marine so NO I am not scared of really anyone. Its good to have a protective brother anyways because of too many loser punks out their so you might think him someday.

Of course. But you should be glad your brother wants to protect you. When you get older you and your brother will always have a bond that will be far more important in your life than any potential boyfriends you'll have today.

Nope...if a guy really likes a girl he doesn't let anything stand in his way. A guy should expect your brother to be really protective but he has to realize he isn't going to gain your brothers respect unless he stands up to him. Guys that are scared away by him simply aren't worthy of you.

No, because if I really liked you and wanted to date you then I would prove to your brother that you'd be safe when went out and that I had respect for you. That is if I were a guy but guys don't always think that way.

my ex's little brother never liked me. so i enjoyed shoving it in his face when i could but she helped alot. one time he was giving me crap about dating her and she just grabbed me by the face and gave me the deepest tongue kiss i've ever had while he was looking. it turned me on big time and it shut him up for a while. you have to show your guy friends your brother is protective but you are a big girl and can make your own decisions
