Whats your favorite quote and why?

I think it's my favorite because there are so few things in life about which we can be certain. It's nice to have something that I can be certain about.

Following are the two of my favourite quotes;

1. If you judge people, you have no time to love them - Mother Teresa.

We can't keep two things at a time, judge and love. If we are keeping judgments in our thoughts, then there will be no space or place for anything else.

I love the second quote, because when we are blessed with all, we will not look behind how was our life in past. This quote is a great and inspiring one to me. Everthing is included in this quote. Don't ask for more, the more you ask, the more you will get wicked.

One of my favorites is:

I think it is so true and something that we often forget. It helps remind me to live in the moment.

my grandpa told my when i was about 8 years old " that a woman can go to town to get bread and get bread and you will never know as long as she bring home the bread" and "trust is two hungry cannibals have oral sex" i had now idea what he was talking about until i was about 15 and i had my first real girl friend cheated on me two years after he died. and it hit me what grandpa meant.... the girl thought i was nuts because all i did was laugh and told she should have brought back the bread.

Why? My oldest son is my step son, whom I am currently trying to adopt. I may not have carried him in my womb, but my love for him is no defferent from my other two children who did grow inside me.
