Iran has right to has been nuclear peaceful power stations and researching on atomic energy.
The world has some facilities to achieve out facts, such as "United Nations" and "International Atomic Energy Agency".
Also Iran lets them to do a lot of researches about its ability and goals.
"IAEA" inspectors have done a lot of inspects in all of places where they wanted, even military stations.
> Iran is one of "IAEA" members for a long time and always observe all of international rules, So Iran has right to doing research on atomic technology and make some nuclear power stations depend on "IAEA" rules for researching and producing electricity.
>> Iran can't trust to other countries for giving it nuclear fuels. In the past they didn't faithful in their promise and agreements. North Korea is good sample. They promise them to giving light-water power station and fuel but they (US and Western countries) didn't do it. Thus Iran can't trust to unfaithful countries.
>>> In the other hand, Israel has more than 250 nukes and this country is a dangerous threating for its neighbors continuously.
Israel wasn't / isn't one of members of "IAEA" and inspectors couldn't / can't inspect Israel's power stations.
--> Remember "Dimona power station" and that technician "Vanono", this is just one of secret places that Israel has.
Actually, Israel and US are big threats for all of independent countries also for the worldwide peace.

I have learned alot about trust among people. First off, when Iraq makes open verbal assalts against their neighbors right at the time when they also say they need this nuclear capability to use it to produce energy tends to leave me with a big question.
And why do they not want the NRC into their country to get the valid question of need researched. Also to make energy a power plant does not have a need to enrich the uranium to the specifications they are currently enriching to produce and make nuclear grade weapons. However: to mention a bomb can be made with either material(enriched or non).
I would like to believe Iran when they say they will use it for peaceful purposess, but their warring past says not to allow them to have any at all...but it is too late.

I think we cannot be sure that Iran wants to make atomic bombs. But we think that they want o because they had a secret atomic program and if someone is acting like Iran we have to think about what they want to do in future. The point is that Iran wants maybe to have bombs but the fact that he wants to destroy Israel is the problem and so you have to think twice and then you should be worry about Iran...

The Washington officials who warn of Iran's nuclear intentions fail to mention that the U.S. government has been encouraging the spread of nuclear power plants for five decades. From an environmental standpoint, Iran (like all nations) is ill-advised to develop nuclear power. But there's no evidence it is anywhere near developing nuclear weapons. And the Bush administration, with a solid track record of winking at Israel's hundreds of atomic bombs and lying about WMDs in Iraq, is in no credible position to lecture about Iranian nuclear activities.

They probably do, but the question is does anyone else have the right to stop them. It seems that it is OK to have WMDs if you are on the side of the US. Remember that Iran was OK with the US and still would be if it was strategically useful, it would be allowed to have nuclear weapons.
Unfortunately Iran is considered a threat by Israel so the US will intervene
It seems to me that you people are dullards who are easily influenced by the media and simply follow the prevailing attitudes of the press like sheep

Sorry, I don't have time to count that high. However, it must be as many people who believe IRAN WHEN IT SAYS IT IS GOING TO MAKE ATOMIC BOMBS AND BLOW UP ISRAEL AND AMERICAN SHIPS IN THE PERSIAN GULF.

They would be fools not to if they can get away with it. It would put them Number 1 among the Muslim Theocracies. Wait, I think they are the only Muslim Theocracy? With that in hand, they might convince more Muslim nations to accept Shia / Wahabist rule over their current governments.

Of course they do. Their country basically sits on a lake of oil. They are among the top five oil suppliers in the world. They don't need alternative power supplies.
