Well, there are a lot of weirdos online, and perhaps some of them don't want to be bothered by them? It goes both ways---there are some non-theists and other theists who didn't put up their avatar for personal reasons.

How do you know exactly how a person is a Christian without asking every single person on this site?I'm not trying to sound mean, just wanted to know how you knew who was Christian and who wasn't.
I have noticed that most people do not post their real pictures. And for those who do, the thumbnail is so small that it would be real difficult to get a clear idea of what they look like in the first place, unless it is a clear head-shot pic, you aren't going to see much anyway.
I think it's just easier to use the avatar!
