My stepmother (she is 38) lost about 25 pounds in approximately 4 months by doing pilates 4 times a week. Now she is just going to the gym and doing cardio and free weights 3-4 times a week for about an hour and she is still toning up even though her weight loss has slowed down. Make sure you eat properly though.

After I had my daughter I had gained 30 lbs. I lost all of that extra weight by breastfeeding, Walking a lot!!!, and just execising when I felt like it or had the time to. But don't think that you are going to loose it within a couple weeks, It took me atleast 3 or 4 months. Good Luck!!!!!

Lots of sit ups (starting 12 hours after each delivery). Breastfeeding works wonders, too. The first 1500-2000 calories you take in each day go to the baby. It's a really good system--baby gets fat, mommy gets skinny! I've had 6 kids and this worked every time.

My wife lost all of the weight by breastfeeding. Now I don't know if you are going to do that or not but I saw it and it works.
