Things like this doesn't require major decision-making, you just do it. If you feel like using the loo, go ahead. You don't want to end up getting UTI or stones on your gall bladder and kidneys, do you???

If you need to go, go. If you hold it you could get urinary tract infections and set yourself up for incontinence later in life. For God's sake man. Use the brain God gave you. Geez.

See your doctor about it. In the meantime, go when you need to. Remember what Jeff Goldblum said in "Jurassic Park": Hey, when you gotta go, you gotta go.
