I believe that The Bible is the actual Word of God. I have complete and total faith that it is.

My life is living proof that God is real. That He is the one and only true and living God. And that His words are in the Bible. I know this to the depths of my soul.

Take a good look around at the beauty in this world. The things made by God. If you want proof, pray to Him and ask Him to show you.

I hope you find what you're looking for. I will be praying that you do. Because once you truly find God, you will wonder how you made it all this time without Him.

Yes, obviously. What Christian do not agree on is how the scriptures are to be interpreted and by whom. Some believe that the "Word" is transmitted both in the written scriptures and and the living tradition of his followers on earth.

As for proof, I'm amazed by the simularites in the lives of Christians I know who are for real (not just pew warmers and people who want to be self-righteous). Even when they disagree on some part of what they think God is saying, they all know him. It is kinda like when four children hear their dad say something and one or two of them misunderstand what he said. They still know their dad just like the other kids, they just missed something he said. It's a relationship.

There are still many miracles happening through Jesus today, and my own life is different since I accepted him into my life in a deeper, more mature way around 1985. People who didn't know me as a teen don't believe this, but I used to be very mean. When I began to experience the love of God in prayer and Scripture reading, etc., I changed. The more I get to know God, the more exciting my life gets even when things aren't going my way. Life, now, is an adventure I'm not afraid to take. I never thought I could love people the way I do now. I used to not like people . . . because I was wounded at heart. Jesus gave me the strength to forgive, serve, and receive my joy back. It's not about the Book, it's about the Lord. He's great, and lots of us all over the world are having the same experience.

None of this people will tell you the Genesis is a copy of other Sumerian books, that the Jews brought back when they were taken to Babylon.
To read the Bible means to loose thousand years of knowledge anterior.
They don't tell you how a person like Noah, that supposed to have been an illuminated could built a ship that not only contains wood, but is assembled with titanium, magnesium and aluminum.
Was it a space ship? O when Enoch died? Enoch being the creator of The pyramids of Giza.
They don't tell you about the star gates of the planets, o why the pyramids are so perfect. Don't forget there are pyramids all over the world, on the energy centers.
If they can keep you ignorant and God fearing is their way.

Yes, I believe the Bible is the Word of God.

Now then, I'm going to turn this question around and ask you something. Do you really exist? I can't see you, touch you, hear you, or smell you. I only see what someone writes. But I still believe you exist.

As for why I believe the Bible is the Word of God is a long story. In a nut shell all I can say is this, when I was agnostic several years ago, I asked God to show me who He was, if He really existed. And if so, what was the truth. God did.

It is hard to believe in something you have never seen. But that is where I choose to have faithl.

simple answer yes. If you mean that the bible is the inspiration of god. Of course a lot of it is the description of the lives of believers/prophets etc.. so whether they decided what to put or not I don't know. Where is the proof the millions of lives which have been changed with the help of the bible.

We are saved by faith. I think it would be a sad existence to believe there's no higher power. If you don't believe in the bible, or any religious doctrine, what becomes of you when you die? It's our nature to doubt, so I don't condemn anyone for doubting. Logical answers are easy to grasp, but logically, can you explain where you were before birth? More importantly, where will you be after you die? This lifetime isn't even a blink of an eye in comparison infinity. Are you willing to take that chance? The only unforgivable sin is to deny Christ. You still have time.

You are the proof!!
At its most microscopic EVERYTHING is pure energy and that energy IS called God!
God is not an external bearded old entity looking on, these perceptions are a misinterpretation of the truth. The bible is a collection of stories that have a powerful message running through the whole, on how we can lead a spiritual, ethical and moral way of life that connects us with a higher collective conciousness. The purpose - to enable us to become co-creators of life rather than destroyers of ourselves

the bible is the most accurate document ever written. it contains prophecy about the rise and fall of many nations, people etc. it contains proof that there were dinosaurs. it gives the only logical, rational explanation for the creation of the world. fact is that you have to have greater faith to believe in evolution than you do the bible. the fact is the only thing a person has to have Faith in is that Jesus (a real historic figure) is the son of God, and that he lived, died, and rose again to never die. I pray you do!

How can you prove what salt tastes like? Is it bitter? Is it sweet? How could you describe the taste of it to someone who has never before tasted it? You BELIEVE that you know what it tastes like because you have eaten it before many times, yet what would you say to someone who had never even heard of it?

Just because you can't see, hear, taste, smell, or touch something does not mean that it does not exist. How can you prove that high energy particles actually exist if you can't see them? We KNOW that they are there because we have faith in what others have said.

I could go on until I am blue in the face, but it is all dependent on you and your desire to know the truth. If you REALLY want to know and have a true desire to know if there's a God, why don't you pray and find out for yourself?

its very sad that people still do. We all have belief structures whether they're of religious content or not, but it's quite absurd to beleive in something that was created by men in order to control the masses. To have faith in love can only be a good thing, but to follow a religion in order to attain instant meaning is just foolish and lazy. Meaning should come from within not from some archaic fabrication.
