Right-click on the application and select "Properties". Go to the "Compatibility" tab and select Windows 95 from there.

If you go ahead and install the product then before you run it the first time, find the Exe file that runs the program and right click it, choose properties and the third tab is a compatibility so you can choose to run that program as windows 95.
NOTE It doesnt work for every program

Click "Start" on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Highlight "All Programs". A sub menu will appear with lists of various programs. Highlight "Accessories", then highlight "Program Compatibility Wizard". The program will walk you trough the steps in order for the Windrows' 95 software to work on Windows' XP.

Just install it on Windows XP

A windows 95 program should work fine on Windows XP

Is it a game or just a program?

You may not have to do the 'right-click > Compatibility' thing
