I have a large family of Hispanic illegals living across the street. There are about 5 adults and 7 children there everyday, and on weekends the number triples. Their cars line the streets and they sit out in their front yard, drinking and partying all weekend. My property values are dropping with each passing day!

None of that sounds like they are doing anything bad. You should stop being racist and leave them alone. The fact is that you DONT know if they are legal or not! I hate people like you, you are a horrible neighbor! Mind your own damned business!

It is very simple, call the National Immigration Service, the number is in your local phone book, and demand something be done about it, or you will file a complaint with your congressmen.
It worked for me.
One thing I did learn is that once the house is empty, the person that ownes it wil quickly fill it right back up.
Almost all of the Illegal Immigrant houses as we call them in Texas are Meth Labs.
Which makes the houses bombs on American soil, in most cases big enough to take out a country block easy.

Put the NIS number on your speed dial. The more calls they get the more they are forced to deal with the issue.
Who cares if you piss them off, your an American, and you've had enough.

American money flow on American soil is controlled by Americans, and is the most powerful tool that we have to get our government's attention.
Politics, is how we deal with them.

Any American that knows anything about politics, knows that, and if they don't I entended to remind them.

It is the legal, and illegal Mexicans in America that have done the most damage, and insulted the American people the most, so that is where Americans are going to begin.

Close your wallet, join the American People in their fight against criminals, stop giving them what they want so they will go home.
It is all about the money. Not the politics
As long as the money keeps a flowing the illegals will keep a coming.

Be calm. You realize you are being invaded. Do not panic or run for cover. Call the INS. Call the police. They get paid to clean up these kind of messes. When the police come, tell them everything you know: be objective and fair. No unfair name calling. Once the police investigate the situation the problem will probably "disappear." You see if you can not produce a valid form of identification or proof of citizenship you stand an excellent chance of being deported NOW. Right now in my area, people are being rounded up and deported if found with no ID.

Of course it's about money. Hey Life sucks even for us minorities. While you're worried about "Property value", those Hispanics (allegedly illegals) across the street are probably struggling to support all those people in that family. We Drink because we work our asses off and it doesn't get acknowledged, We party because, while Political America wines and dines at the most upscale establishments, we decide to entertain ourselves with family and friends to remind us that we still can somehow make it in this world.

One of the answers was to call Homeland Security and explained that even if your reason is not good enough to deport them, just don't back down, eventually you'll get your way. Your messing with peoples lives. Your cutting of the path to "The land of opportunity" for people who seek the opportunity to make their life as good as you have it.

You should just worry about you're own *** and if that neighborhood is not for you than just move.

Can you really live with yourself if you ruin the lives of these people?

Why not get to know them, and ask they curtail their partying a bit? Or, just start showing up at their parties. Maybe you'll have fun.

Hey, I know my answer sounds flippant, but imagine the damage you would do to these people if they really got deported. Every one of their lives would be changed forever. What about the children?

If you still want to take a hard line with them, just lay down the law: either they cut down on the partying, or you call Immigration.

I hear you on that one. Unfortunately getting them deported isn't that easy. Too many bleeding hearts in this country. When my "neighbors" have there outside parties, I call the cops. I only had to do that a couple of times and they stopped. Guess they go over to your street now. Sorry.

Tegidfoel:

Let us hear your answer on this one...do you think the same "plan" about the red necks would work here, too? It was hilarious.

Sorry, we had to ask...it doesnt appear the asker lives in a neighborhood that has a Home Owners Association.

I would organize a block watch program, with fliers written in English only. Bring up your concerns to the block watch and get backing from your neighborhood. Then..begin to take notes on the type of nuisance activity these people are creating. then i would call H.S.

I talked to someone here from El Paso that does, she is sooo brave!

You contact Home Security, and like she said, no matter how rude they get, don't back down, she got 39 deported or something. I think she said she even might have gone in person.

INS DON'T DEPORT ANYMORE HS DOES
