Between 315-350 kmph and that depends on:
1. The Gross Take Off Weight (Fuel, Luggage, Passengers) Higher weight means more running time, lower means quick lifting.
2. The Wind Conditions (If not windy from opposite side, it will take time to get lifted).
3. Temperature (If hot then the air will help to lift quickly, if cold then will take time to get lifted).
4. Length of the Run way means different flaps settings at the same power settings.
A Boeing 747 is really a marvel to admire...

You can download the performance specs from Boeing. This is so airport designers will know how long they need to make the runway. The Vr speed (which is rotation) and the V2 speed (actually leaving the ground) are different for different weights. Upon looking a little further at the below documents it looks like these only have takeoff *distances*, not takeoff *speeds*, however.
However, I found one at simaviation:
Set Fuel Load from ZFW 500,000 lbs.
Takeoff Power Reference @ MTOW 870k lbs.Dry Conditions
Average 10k ft. Runway is 109.9% N1. Max 117.2% N1.
V1 = 158 KIAS
Vr = 175 KIAS
V2 = 187 KIAS
So, you leave the ground at 187 knots.
The V1 is the speed at which you are committed to takeoff - i.e., even if you lose an engine at that speed the airplane will be able to continue to accelerate and climb out to Vr/V2, and there is not enough runway left to stop safely.

with full load it can be as high as 160 kts (knots)
with minumum load probably about 120kts
