Let’s say you are on the 3rd date of going out and having a great time with someone you are very compatible with and starting to have feelings for. Before the relationship gets more serious (before sex is involved) they confess to you that several years ago for a period of time of one year their profession was starring in Adult Films. Would you continue with this person or would you stop seeing them?

Obviously, it's your decision in the end. Personally, I would continue with the relationship and see where it led.
She wanted to be up front and honest with you...that should win her some points.
Plus, who cares....a lot of people do less than admirable things when they are young and in need of money. She's not involved in the industry now, is she? Everyone has skeletons in the closet or things in the past that they are not proud of...but at least she was open with you and it seems she's really interested.
One other point to think about and talk to her about....has she recently been tested for any STD's? That type of sharing is not cool, but if she's been honest with you this far...she'll probably continue to be honest.
Don't give up a potentially great relationship over the past. Think about how amazing and compatible she is in the present and how your feelings and relationship can develop in the future. Besides, maybe she can teach you a new trick or two!!!

Sure. why not. Pretty much guarantees she's willing to do some kinky things.
You could even find her old films and take a look see at what's under the fabric!
She's probably a nice girl too, I mean it's just sex for money. The oldest profession in the world.

Personally I would care less. A job is a job, you have to do what you have to do to survive. even if it means earning a living that way. What is it that bother you about it? I would not care seeing the person I was dating in an adult film, its not like it was a one night stand. it was part of the job. its just really terrific acting by both parts. you can't compare sex with a person you love, to a person you just meet in a lobby down at the adult film studio.

well first off that sounds like a sitcom plot from a show that was a take-off of sprots center but if you're serious and you think you have something going with the person you consider yourself lucky and keep on keeping on watch a few of their films too and if they not any good dump them you don't want your friends seeing you acting like you care for someone when you know you should be shallow. come on it's not about **** it's do you love or like this person or not you gotta take them as they are period.

I might. But it's a slim chance. I always try to give people the chance to change. But it seems to me that it shows a lack of decency in their lifestyle and profession choice. I would be afraid to try anything with this person. But I can't say for sure what I would do. Everyone acts differently than they think they would when their decisions are effected by emotions.

I think that it depends on how serious you are about this person. It sounds like this person is interested in you, or else they would not have been open about it. Personally, I would consider my own thoughts, feelings, and values about this issue. Do you trust this person? Are you ok with their past? If not, then I would stop the relationship before it goes any further.

It all depends on how much you like the person. If I really like them, I would continue to date. But if we were to become sexually involved, there would have to be HIV/STD testing at least every 6 months. Because in those adult films they don't always if ever use protection.

continue seeing this person if they make u happy u should at least give them a chance just take precaution and make sure u know what ur getting at maybe just wait a little longer before taking the relationship further but dont give up on it completely.

If they've stopped filming adult movies, I'd give them a chance as long as they were showing me that they are basically a decent person now.
