depends on the man.. mature ones who know what they want out of life and are looking a mate to share it with want true love someone they can be proud of and cherish.. the others who just want a good time and to live in the moment want sex.. someday they may settle down and see that there is more to life than that.. even though that is a great part of it.. its the frosting on the cake!

Depends on the man, the situation and the woman.
I never went out of my way to just score with chicks.
I was looking for a long lasting relationship.
Some of the women I met were only interested in dinner, or just sex.
Nice, but that is sort of like "tastes great, less filling".
So, your question can be asked about chicks as well.
It sounds as if you are having difficulty finding a steady relationship.
Evaluate the places where you meet guys.
Maybe you should change your scene, if it's true love you seek.

Once our hormones stop rage'n through our bodies, yes, we do start to look for true love and soulmates or life long mates... which ever that other person may be.
And yes, sex is a part of that equation too!!!
