noone can porve anything to you till you open your heart. it doesnot work like that .you have to beleave i only beleave in one god which is jesus .and if you don't that is fine to cause one day you will find out your self.

I am an atheist and all you have to do is look around and see the pain, war and suffering in every corner of the world to know that No DEITY gives a damn about this world.
Look at Israel ..a sh i t hole on earth. By some they are the chosen people. Chosen for what?
Muslims: Allah let their most successful leader stand under a 500# bomb.
Look at the pain and illness and suffering and death. I would not treat "My Children" this way. Look at Africa..apartheid.
If i were GOD or ALLAH I would bring peace to every corner of the world and no more pain, sickness, birth defects or any affliction to make even one of my children sad. The world would have plenty for all who would work to provide for their families. I woul do away with welfare and give away programs for the lazy. Everyone would be healthy and able to work ( a little). I would make agood GOD or ALLAH if I had the POWER...

Even when I was involved in Religions I would have had a hard time proving to you that it was the only right one. Now I view religions and the denominations of those religions the same. In time past I thought I had to associate myself with a physical mass or group of people. However, I became frustrated when I searched it out and found that no matter who they said they believed in or followed-the most of them constantly failed at keeping the teachings of the very one they claimed to believe in. Now I'm neither envious of them nor do I not understand why they do the things they do. We can't help but associate a ruler with his proclaimed followers.

The fact is that all religions are based on faith. In other words, no one is going to prove to you that their's is the one true religion. Why do you want someone to prove that to you so badly? It sounds like you want somebody to do all the work for you. If you are so interested and worried about it, why don't you do some actual research that does not invole getting other peoples' opinions?

What do you mean, the real? My religion is a real one, I know. It doesn't keep people from having last names, it doesn't use witch craft, black magic, nor take people's last names from them. Occults do that. The people of my religion believe in God. We believe in Jesus as The son. It was founded by a woman, in the 19th century and it takes everything the bible says, not litter ally but metaphysically. We still have private lives. You wanted facts, I jsut gave you some.

OK this is a fact: I believe my religion to be 100% true. There is no doctrine taught that I doubt with the slightest degree. I believe we are all children of our Heavenly Father and Mother who love us, that Jesus Christ came to this earth to atone for all the sins of mankind, that He is my brother, that I am sealed to my spouse for all eternity, that i can be with my family forever if I live faithful to the covenants I have made in the Lord's holy temple. I believe that through Christ we can be made perfect, live with God again in the celestial Kingdom, be exalted, and never cease in increase. I know the Book of Mormon was translated by Joseph Smith through the divine inspiration of the Lord, that we have a living prophet on the earth today who leads and guides us through direct revelation from the Lord. This is His church, "I know it and I know God knows it, and I cannot deny it."
The only proof I can give is my testimony...

Your religion is what you feel in your heart and mind about God. Denominations are a creation of man because of the different ways of worshiping God.

Ok, I believe that even if it has different forms, bodies or whatever, everything in the end is one, so no religion is superior because in the end all are one.
It's kinda confusing, but if you think about it for a while it starts making sense.
I don't believe in only one religion.

why is everyone so hooked on religion? forget about religion. there is no one true religion. there is only one true God. we need to have a relationship with Him. worship Him, praise Him, serve Him. if you spent as much energy on serving God as you do on trying to find the "perfect" religion then you would be so much more happier. GET GOD! leave religion alone.
