I wouldconfident say - go professional. Go with an updo - but not a formal updo. Try a casual one. Employers, etc like professional looking people. Go in something you look and feel confident in. If you don't feel comfy in your hair - you won't feel as confident. Good luck. At least keep your hair ou of your face when you go. And don't go to a salon. They will make it to fancy and formal for an interview. They may do a wedding updo! Best of luck.
