Let's assume that for a moment Jesus isn't god. Is there any factual evidence or proof that a MAN named Jesus lived a couple thousand years ago?

There is no credible evidence to support the claim that Jesus existed at all.

People claim that because some people used the word "messiah" or "Christ" in their writings, it proves Jesus existed. There are no (credible) writings that mention "Jesus."

Other than the bible, and it's not credible

Josephus is not credible and it has been determined that his writings were altered.

First of all Jesus was the son of God, the only proof I know of a man named Jesus is the bible. I am not having any doubts that there was a man named Jesus, but as to the extend of his divine divinity and relation to God, I have some questions. I believe that there is a divine power that has a connection to the human population. Many different names are given to this higher power, by various religious groups. I will never agree that one is right and the other is wrong.

Absolutely. You would be hard-pressed to find a single historian who believes that Jesus of Nazareth did not exist. Even if you dn't believe that Jesus was the Messiah or the son of God, there is enough proof from primary sources to prove he lived. Try looking up writings by Josephus, who was a non-religious historian living at that time.

Jack....read history. There is more evidence in secular history that Jesus lived during the times spoken of in the N.T. than all the other people throughout all of history put together. Just go to a public library and look.

There is no outside evidence for existence of Jesus. The only source is the Christian Bible.
