Take it to the Vet

2006-06-16 09:55:13 · answer #1 · answered by Ben M 2 · 0 0

Have you tried brushing the kitten more regularly or even bathing the cat? Though cats clean themselves, it often helps to actually bathe cats to remove excess pet dander. You could try gradually switching to other pet food types that may help enhance the cat's coat. If all else fails, I would definitely recommend bringing him/her in to the vet to get checked out.

Take her to the vet. Itching in animals can be caused by so many different reasons: fleas, ticks, other bugs, allergies, skin infections, mange, etc. Only your vet can determine what the cause is and how to treat it. Trying to treat it with home remedies can be dangerous to your cat.

You should take her to see a vet. From experiance this sounds like allergies. Animals, like humans, can be allergic to almsot anything. Something in her food or even a plant. Generally switching her food and a simple allergy med will help, your vet can help you decide which is best.

Take it to the bath. It may be due to a poor diet. Don't feed your kitten cheap foods becasue they don't have all the nutrients your kitten needs.
