it can freeze up if you have it set too cold and it is not very hot outside, or there could be a problem with the thermostat.

The outside air is not warm enough to melt the frozen condensation on the coils.
To fix:
Turning down the A/C might help.
Make sure the filter etc is clean so the unit will cycle more frequently.

very easy u need to clean ur unit every year or 2 if u don't it gets dirty it depens on how often u clean the filter
have the unit cleaned and the problem will go away

Maybe your room humdity is too high.
