they could be genital warts.

If so, they are contagious.
I think you just have to tell him outright - not nasty, not judgmental. He should see a doctor about this. You may need to be tested.

there is NOTHING wrong with you doing this to protest/preserve your health.

well there is no good way of telling someone "hey you know i know about those things on your penis how about getting those things checked out?" if he takes care of himself then odds are he already got them checked out and knows what's up is just to embarrrassed to tell you cause that means that he is a dirty person. if i were you i'd tell him that no matter he can possibly do that there isn't anything that would pull me away from him unless he's been cheating of course. just let him feel that you love him no matter what happens. then hopefully he's just gonna come out and tell you on his own. make sure that when you are going to approach the subject though that he is full. that way he'll be to busy being full to be able to run away from you. and he'll have to talk.

how can he not know. that u dont know about them. especially after 4 years. 1st if you aint got them, then where did he get them from. id be asking him loads of questions all the way to the clinic and back. as far as i know it can take any thing up to 18 months for genitle warts to appear. and be aware that even after clearing them up theres a very high chance they will come back. also get your self check to because they can appear in women internaly and u may not even know u got them.

Sometimes trying to spare someones feelings can really be more harm then good. You need to be upfront and get him to a doctor! If you've been together for four years it shouldn't be that hard to talk about it, right?

Communication is the answer and the best solution for a great relationship. Have him go to a doctor, maybe its something else and maybe it can danger your private part. Just bring it out to him slowly.

if you have been with your bf for 4yrs and u can't talk to him about genital warts then maybe you need to find a new relationship with someone else.
