I'm sure your boss knows that they are both out of the office so he probably won't expect you to do the work of three people. If he does then he's stupid because he's paying three people to do the work of what he thinks one person can do.

Seriously: Was it malicious that they both left on the same day, then maybe talk to the boss about it. If it just happened then try to get through the day doing all that REALLY needs doing today and have them help catching up tomorrow...

Obviously there's not much you can do...get your A$S to work and get it done....or you could quit, but that leaves you out of a job. And maybe talk to the boss and let him know that's an uncomfortable position for you, but don't sound like a whine bag.
