The Bible does not tell us but they were created and not born of a woman. When God made them it is possible that they did not have one however, He could have given them one. Genesis 1: 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

No they weren't real people Adam & Eve are part of a creation myth, if you want them to have glittery blue skin then you can give them that too as they are fabrications, it's all made up so make them into whatever you want.

One would have to exist to have a belly button. In art, they are depicted having belly buttons. But that is hardly evidence.

They are fictional characters chosen to represent an allegorical meaning.

it doesn't really matter i guess...but it is my belief that they did...they were created after a certain image...belly button and all...the pattern was set...
