I am a nurse and can't answer that one. There is a nurse at my doctors that has a large oval shaped birthmark on her forearm. The hair that grows there is heavy, brown and tan and long. She doesn't do anything to help the looks like shaving it. I swear the first time she reached for my arm I thought she had an animal on her arm. gross. I have a large birthmark on my face with no hair. I have a small mole on my cheek and it always has a hair growing out of it. I just do my best to keep the hair short. You should ask a dermatologist

In some cultures its undesirable success to shrink or pull it out. I take it you do not practice this. I easily have one on my arm and that i frequently trim it with scissors. i comprehend it time eating yet a minimum of it is going to mix in with some thing else of your hair. in case you shave then i'd propose you pluck.
