I am the only one that can decide what is real for me. I am the one that creates my reality. Everyone has their own perception of what is going on in this world or what their connection with a force unseen is. I just worry about my own perception and try to understand others. No need to push no need to argue.

Obviously people's perceptions are similar enough that:
1. Art "works" -- we can evoke feelings in others by sharing our own.
2. Relationships feel meaningful.
3. Consensus on social issues is possible.
But ultimately, we just don't know how much our perceptions are completely accurate. (For example, how do I know the shade of "red" I see is the same shade of "red" you see?)
Likewise, we can't "prove" anyone else's existence. We can't prove we're not imagining everyone else (solopsism) in the world and making it all up as we go.
There are just some assumptions you make in order to live a meaningful life, however, if you want to be functional. It seems that it's a safe bet to assume the existence of others and that as human beings we all share some common experiences and perspectives.

Oh, physics, Quantam physics, theoretical physics and neuro biology. Fascinating arguments. Have you seen "What the Bleep are we?" THAT was an amazing short documentary on it.
So, from someone who knows what your talking about, my perception of my own reality for now, is correct. But enlightenment may change that, but I'm not there yet.

Refer to Quantum Physics.
A perception of reality is true for each person differently and separately through the observer effect.

I don't believe that we can. And yet we are called to live and to act upon our perceptions of reality. Correct or incorrect.

Your perceptions are correct in most cases. Nobody knows you better than you. Somebody telling you their perceptions of you are just their opinion. Opinions aren't fact.

I guess you can never be 100% sure that your perceptions are accurate or correct. You just have to trust it.

Blessed be the LORD, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by the hand of Moses his servant. 1 Kings 8:56 (KJV)
Jos 21:45 There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass.

of course not. to claim to know all the answers (or trust in someone or something who makes that claim) is arrogant and silly.
