Try Starwood's Preferred Guest American Express Credit Card. The fee is low and the points, 1 per $1 can be sent to almost any airline freq flyer program.

With 20,000 points you get 25,000 miles, and that is better than any direct airline card. Not to mention, you have the flexibility to use the points at almost any airline, rather than being locked into just one.

U S AIR VISA card I have had for years and used two round trips for oh say...$3,000 worth and currently have 60,000 air miles to use. All is the last 10 years...cool I recommend this card. It costs $50 per year

I prefer Amex since you accrue "points" which can be converted to miles for several differnt carries.
When you convertpoints to miles they often offer a 20% bonus.

I prefer American Express (you can get a regular card and accrue points or use several of their specific airline cards).

None. The fees and interest you pay to the bank more than pay for the miles you get.
