yes there are, because God promised us that there will be guardian angels watching over us all the time- even when we sleep!- I know this from an experience my mom had, she was walking home @ night from work and all of a sudden a group of gangsters came out of the shadows and told her to give up her money, mom didn't have any but she was scared, then she heard a voice that said "pray!!!" and she did, and the most amazing thing happened out came a blonde haired, blue eyed gentleman and led her throught a hole in the fence nearby, and she went away unharmed, I've heard lots of other examples where people actually saw their guardian angel.

I don't know--but a lot of people do think that angels are all around us. If they are, I hope that they are ones trying to save and help us.
