She could be in a false pregnancy, some of my dogs do. It will happen shortly after her season and her breasts will be a bit swollen. Best to prepare for the worst just in case. Take her to your Vet. There is alot of good information on pregnancy/whelping from the internet and books.
She should be spayed. If you don't want to alter her then be sure to keep her from having contact with male dogs. We already have enough crossbreed dogs in this country from unplanned breedings. Many places have low cost spay/neuter programs.

The vet can do an ultrasound if it's early pregnancy to look for fluid filled sack that would contain the fetus... but it's best to wait till about 35-45 days after suspected pregnancy to go to the vet, they'll do a quick xray and they will be able to count the spines or skulls of the fetuses. This is the most accurate way of determining pregnancy for dogs.

If your dog went out of heat a week ago she wouldn't show signs of pregnancy already...if male dogs were around her there's a real big chance she is going to have pups in about 2 months....
And about the pups...she should take care of them herself until they are ready to give away...about 4-6 weeks after they're born...
she will eat alot more and drink lots more water now and after pups are born...

2 months. there is an fairly exciting prepare on the nationwide geographic channel referred to as "contained in the womb". there's a pets version the chronicles a dogs, dolphin and elephants jouney by being pregnant. it shows each thing from contained in the womb. that is awsome in case you are able to examine it out.
